This kit is for the Japanese built raw water cooled (no heat exchanger) 15hp 2GM built from 1980-1983 & 18hp 2GM20, 2GM20C built from 1983-1996. The engine serial number will not have any prefix letters. The water pump impeller has drive pin that fits slotted shaft and the pump cover plate is sealed with a paper gasket.
